Unless otherwise indicated, all buffet options include a choice of potato, choice of vegetable, dinner salad and dinner roll.

  Second most tender piece of beef behind only the tenderloin. Cooked to medium rare and sliced. Served with a horseradish cream sauce.

  Made from scratch, chicken breast with a slice of ham and a Swiss cheese. Breaded and baked. Served with Hollandaise sauce.
• Lasagna – 12
  Our house made special recipe makes this comfort food a great option. This option is served with Caesar or green salad and garlic bread.
• Potato Bar – 13
  An Idaho Classic includes a large baked potato, chili, cheese sauce, stroganoff, and all of the other great toppings. Served with dinner salad.
• Baked Salmon – 21
  A large portion of Atlantic Salmon, seasoned and baked to flaky perfection.
